When our New York clients bought a waterfront Miami condo and asked us to help we jumped at the opportunity. They wanted little involvement and big design impact, basically a designer’s dream!

The program was simple; the two-bedroom condo would be designed to function as a large hotel suite where few meals would be eaten but comfortable guest rooms were a must. Two well-appointed bedrooms were designed for rest and the living room was furnished to maximize the ocean views.

The result is minimal, cool, and design-forward.
